CCMS filed suit on behalf of customers who bought 2014-2015 GMC Sierra & Yukon vehicles, 2014-2015 Chevrolet Silverado, Suburban, & Tahoe vehicles, and 2015 Cadillac Escalade vehicles who have experienced problems with their air conditioners due to a faulty refrigerant hose.  The faulty refrigerant hoses have been breaking down, leading to the air conditioning to malfunction, costing customers upwards of $1,500 per repair. The case—In re: General Motors Corp. Air Conditioning Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, Case No. 18-md-02818—is being litigated in the Eastern District of Michigan, and CCMS has been appointed co-lead counsel.
