Did you recently purchase an Xbox? – Participate in our Tariff Refund Class Action Investigation

The nationwide Plaintiff firm, Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP, is investigating a potential lawsuit on behalf of Xbox customers regarding the collection of illegal tariffs on console purchases.

Certain tariffs collected between February 1, 2025, and February 19, 2026, were recently determined to be unconstitutional. Xbox has sued the federal government for the return of illegal tariffs but has not committed to return the illegal tariffs to consumers. We believe that the costs of the tariffs was included in all product purchases and should therefore be returned to those customers who paid the cost originally.

Xbox is a video gaming brand created and owned by Microsoft, first introduced in 2001 with the release of the original Xbox gaming console. They offer video game consoles, online services, and gaming platform. There are current consoles they have available are the Xbox One S/X, the Xbox Series X, and the Xbox Series S.

Individuals who purchased an Xbox console and paid the unconstitutional tariffs may be eligible to participate in efforts to obtain a refund. If you believe you should be reimbursed for a portion of your purchase, we would love to work with you.

Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel has the experience and expertise litigating anti-trust matters and providing compensation to consumers. If you recently purchased an Xbox console, you may qualify for a tariff related reimbursement through a potential claim.
