Trusteed Plans Services Corporation (“TPSC”), is a third-party administrator that offers health benefit solutions located in Tacoma, Washington. They offer the administration of employee benefit plans to small businesses and other companies.
On December 26, 2024, Trusteed Plans Services Corporation recently experienced a data breach that may have exposed date of birth; Social Security number; and sensitive health information belonging to current and former companies that enrolled in TPSC healthcare benefit solutions and those companies’ employees. Notification letters were sent out to affected individuals on September 12, 2025. Trusteed Plans Services corporation has disclosed that 19,755 individuals were affected by the breach.
