On July 30, 2025, SAX LLP experienced a data breach that may have exposed sensitive personal information belonging to current and former customers and employee. Notification letters were sent to affected individuals by mail on December 16, 2025.
SAX LLP has disclosed that 228,876 individuals were affected by the breach. The compromised information may include date of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license or state identification number, and/or passport number.
