On November 23, 2025, Precipio, Inc. recently experienced a data breach that may have exposed sensitive personal and health-related information belonging to current and former patients. Precipio, Inc. has posted a public notification of the data breach on their website as of January 23, 2026.
Precipio, Inc. hasn’t disclosed the total quantity of individuals that were affected by the breach. The compromised information may include names, addresses, dates of birth, medical record numbers, clinical information, medical procedure information, medical provider names, prescription information, and health insurance information.
