Onsite Mammography, also known as Onsite Women’s Health, is a healthcare services provider headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts. The company offers in-office breast health imaging services and operates at more than 100 practice locations across 25 states in the United States.
In October 2024, Onsite Mammography experienced a cybersecurity incident that may have compromised sensitive personal and health-related information of current and former patients and employees. Notification letters were sent to affected individuals on April 21st, 2025.
Onsite Mammography has disclosed that 357,265 individuals were impacted by the data breach. The compromised information includes names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and medical information.
