Mainline Health Systems is a nonprofit health organization based in Monticello, Arkansas. It operates 28 clinics across Southeast Arkansas, including primary care and school-based locations. Mainline Health Systems recently experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive personal, financial, and health-related information of current and former patients and employees. Notification letters were mailed to affected individuals on June 20, 2025.
Mainline Health Systems has disclosed that 101,104 individuals were affected by the breach. The impacted information includes names, Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account details, driver’s license numbers, and credit or debit card information.
