Did you recently purchase from Lenovo? – Participate in our Tariff Refund Class Action Investigation

The nationwide Plaintiff firm, Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP, is investigating a potential lawsuit on behalf of Lenovo customers regarding the collection of illegal tariffs on purchases.

Certain tariffs collected between February 1, 2025 and February 19, 2026, were recently determined to be unconstitutional. Lenovo has sued the federal government for the return of illegal tariffs but has not committed to return the illegal tariffs to consumers/ We believe that the costs of the tariffs was included in all product purchases and should therefore be returned to those customers who paid the cost originally.

Lenovo is a global technology company and the world’s largest PC vendor. Their products are available in popular retailers but are also available on their online storefront, Lenovo.com. Items available for purchase directly from Lenovo include laptops (ie., ThinkPad, Yoga, and Lenovo Slim), desktops, workstations, PC and gaming accessories, monitors, tablets, smart phones, and office supplies from printers, scanners, speakers to even conference centers.

Individuals who purchased products from Lenovo directly and paid the unconstitutional tariffs may be eligible to participate in efforts to obtain a refund. If you believe you should be reimbursed for a portion of your purchase, we would love to work with you.

Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel has the experience and expertise litigating anti-trust matters and providing compensation to consumers. If you recently purchased a Lenovo product from Lenovo directly, you may qualify for a tariff related reimbursement through a potential claim.
