The LTL carrier initially alerted its customers to an “ongoing IT infrastructure outage” that was later confirmed as a cyber attack. The information accessed within the breach could potentially include Social Security numbers, health insurance information, phone numbers, email addresses, date of birth, annual income, tax information, financial account numbers, driver’s licenses, and more.
