Did you recently receive a package from DHL? – Participate in our Tariff Refund Class Action Investigation

The nationwide Plaintiff firm, Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP, is investigating a potential lawsuit on behalf of DHL customers regarding the collection of illegal tariffs on purchases.

Certain tariffs collected between February 1, 2025, and February 19, 2026, were determined to be unconstitutional. DHL has sued the federal government for the return of illegal tariffs but has not committed to return the illegal tariffs to consumers. We believe that the costs of the tariffs was included in all product purchases and should therefore be returned to those customers who paid the cost originally.

DHL is the world’s leading logistics company serving over 220 countries. They specialize in international shipments, express mail, parcel delivery, and freight transportation.

Individuals who purchased products that were delivered by DHL and paid the unconstitutional tariffs may be eligible to participate in efforts to obtain a refund. If you believe you should be reimbursed for a portion of your purchase, we would love to work with you.

Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel has experience and expertise litigating anti-trust matters and providing compensation to consumers. If you purchased a product shipped using DHL, you may qualify for a tariff related reimbursement through a potential claim.
