Did you recently purchase from Nintendo? – Participate in our Tariff Refund Class Action Investigation
The nationwide Plaintiff firm, Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP, is investigating a potential lawsuit on behalf of Nintendo customers regarding the collection of illegal tariffs on purchases.
Certain tariffs collected between February 1, 2025 and February 19, 2026, were recently determined to be unconstitutional. Nintendo has sued the federal government for the return of illegal tariffs but has not committed to return the illegal tariffs to consumers. We believe that the costs of the tariffs was included in all product purchases and should therefore be returned to those customers who paid the cost originally.
Nintendo is a Japanese, multinational video game company, with an online storefront called the My Nintendo Store, and physical locations in New York City and San Franscico, California. Nintendo stores offer popular Nintendo games, game consols like the Nintendo Switch 2, Virtual Boy headset, game cube controllers, character apparel and other collectible merchandise available exclusively through their stores.
Individuals who purchased products from Nintendo directly and paid the unconstitutional tariffs may be eligible to participate in efforts to obtain a refund. If you believe you should be reimbursed for a portion of your purchase, we would love to work with you.
Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel has the experience and expertise litigating anti-trust matters and providing compensation to consumers.
