DaVita Inc. is a healthcare company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, that specializes in kidney care and dialysis services. The company operates more than 2,600 outpatient dialysis centers across the United States, serving approximately 200,800 patients, and maintains additional operations in 11 countries worldwide.
On April 12th, 2025, DaVita Inc. experienced a cybersecurity incident that may have compromised sensitive personal, financial, and health-related information of current and former patients and employees. Impacted individuals are expected to receive notification by mail in the near future.
