Olivia Lawless

Olivia Lawless joined Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP in 2021 and is based in its Chicago, Illinois office. Prior to joining Cafferty Clobes, Ms. Lawless served as a judicial extern for Justice Robert E. Gordon in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District and as a judicial extern for Judge Elizabeth B. Volz in the 18th Judicial District of Colorado. Additionally, Ms. Lawless worked as a Market Policy and Government Affairs intern for Cboe Global Markets.

Education Profile

Ms. Lawless received her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2020, with a Certificate of Specialization in Workplace Law. At Sturm, Ms. Lawless served as senior staff editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review and was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Constitutional Law. She also received the Scholastic Excellence Award and became the first Sturm Law Scholar to graduate from the University of Denver.

In 2018, Ms. Lawless graduated with academic distinction from the University of Arizona where she received a B.S. in public health and minored in Spanish.
