Kaitlin Naughton

Kaitlin Naughton is a partner at Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP. Ms. Naughton joined Cafferty Clobes in 2019 after graduating from the George Washington University Law School, where she served as managing editor of the George Washington Journal of Energy & Environmental Law. Sanofi-Aventis U.S., LLC et al., 21-cv-06507 (W.D.N.Y.) (Cafferty Clobes serves as Co-Lead counsel in an action alleging defendants conspired to restrict  drug discounts offered to contract pharmacies); Budicak, Inc., et al. v. Lansing Trade Group, LLC, No. 19 Civ. 2449 (D. Kan.) (Cafferty Clobes served as Co-Lead counsel in an action that secured an $18 million settlement alleging defendants conspired to manipulate the prices of CBOT Wheat Futures or Options).

During law school, Ms. Naughton served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Grace G. Dickler, Presiding Judge of the Domestic Relations Division for the Circuit Court of Cook County; law clerk for the Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division; and law clerk for a boutique personal injury law firm in Chicago. Ms. Naughton also previously worked in the political sector as a social media director and volunteer coordinator for John Dale for Congress and as an intern for the Office of Huw Irranca-Davies, Member of Parliament for Ogmore, Wales.

Ms. Naughton earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology with distinction from Purdue University in 2015 where she spent three years conducting qualitative research on gender employment discrimination.
