Christopher P. Dolotosky attorney photo

Christopher P. Dolotosky joined Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP as Of Counsel in 2024.  He is a commercial litigation attorney with 25 years’ experience in working on a variety of complex legal cases.  He has participated in trials and conducted depositions in several cases.  He is involved with the firm’s antitrust and consumer protection practice.  Prior to joining to our firm, he worked for several large law firms and boutique firms in the Philadelphia area.

Mr. Dolotosky is actively involved in the firm’s actions, including In re Cattle Antitrust Litigation (D. Minn.) (alleging price-fixing by a monopoly of four major meat packers); In re RealPage, Inc. Rental Software Antitrust Litig. (No. II) (M.D. Tenn.) (alleging price-fixing in the multi-family apartment industry through the shared use of revenue management software); and In re Consumer Vehicle Driving Data Tracking Collection (N.D. Ga.) (alleging unlawful sharing of individuals’ driving records).

While not practicing law, Mr. Dolotosky enjoys reading, taking road trips, and spending time with his German Shepherd, Meadow.

Education Profile

Mr. Dolotosky received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 2001 where he was a Board Member of the Villanova Law Review.  He obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Delaware in 1998 where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Dolotosky is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
