Nyran Rose Rasche began her legal career in 1999 as a law clerk to Oregon Supreme Court Justice George A. Van Hoomissen, and joined Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP in 2003. Since entering private practice, Ms. Rasche has focused on representing consumers injured by anti-competitive or fraudulent conduct. She is a frequent speaker on discovery issues and has extensive experience prosecuting class actions against defendants in the healthcare, insurance, automotive and consumer products industries. 

Education Profile

Ms. Rasche earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1995. She attended law school on a Graduate Teaching Fellowship, and earned her law degree from the University of Oregon in 1999.

Ms. Rasche is the author of Protecting Agricultural Lands: An Assessment of the Exclusive Farm Use Zone System, 77 Oregon Law Review 993 (1998) and Market Allocation through Contingent Commission Agreements: Strategy and Results in In re Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation, The Exchange: Insurance and Financial Services Developments (Spring 2015) (with Ellen Meriwether).      

Jurisdictions Admitted to Practice

Ms. Rasche has been admitted to practice before the courts of Oregon and Illinois, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Southern District of Illinois.
